Reliable spatial analysis for safer and
more resilient communities.
We combine topographic surveying, hydrological analysis, GIS modeling and remote sensing to identify flood hazards, delineate flood zones and support informed planning and infrastructure development.

GPEC · Water Engineering
A meaningful flood study relates topographic evidence, catchment runoff, water movement and exposure. The work is scoped to the location, data quality, design standards and intended engineering decision.
Map potential inundation extents, depths and, where applicable, flow velocities for defined scenarios. Interpret DEM accuracy, channel geometry, design events and uncertainty so map users understand each result's purpose and limits.
Typical outputs: floodplain extents, depth layers, hazard maps and georeferenced figures.Assess watershed boundaries, rainfall series, land cover, infiltration and runoff pathways. Develop defensible inflows and hydrographs for scenarios suited to the catchment, including high-intensity rainfall and wadi flash-flood conditions.
Typical outputs: design rainfall assumptions, catchment delineation and flood hydrographs.Integrate hydraulic outputs with parcels, buildings, transport corridors, land-use plans and key utilities. Communicate the boundaries and limitations of flood-prone areas using consistent spatial references and GIS-ready layers.
Typical outputs: zoning layers, constraints maps and spatial datasets for planning teams.Help engineering teams examine the consequences of flooding for roads, culverts, bridges, developments and access routes, and compare appropriate measures or siting alternatives for further feasibility and design.
Typical outputs: risk-screening summaries, concept options and technical recommendations.METHOD & ASSURANCE
Hydrologic and hydraulic outputs depend on the scenario, terrain and survey accuracy, engineering assumptions and calibration data. Flood-hazard mapping is not a guarantee that an area will never flood outside the mapped boundary.
